I am EMCC EIA accredited as an individual Coaching Practitioner and EMCC ITCA accredited as a Team Coaching Practitioner.
You might wonder why you should care. Membership does not fall out of the sky. I have been vetted as a professional. My accreditation gives you peace of mind.

- I have completed a high-quality certifying education.

- I am part of a vibrant community of coaching professionals (and mentors and supervisors).
I have been with the Board of EMCC Luxembourg since 2023.
Upcoming Expected Accreditation Updates
As of Q1 2026, I am in the process of becoming credentialed as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). What EMCC calls “accreditation,” ICF typically calls “credentialing.”
The ICF process is also very comprehensive and rigurous, with coursework, an examination, mentor coaching, assessments, etc. More information can be found at https://coachingfederation.org .
In parallel, I will upgrade my EMCC EIA accreditation to Senior Practitioner level.
These processes will likely be complete in mid-to-late 2026.
