Hi, I am Claudia Cimenti.
Executive Coach.
Trusted Thinking Partner.
Conflict Resolution Specialist.
What sets me apart isn’t just what I do—coaching, mediation, leadership development—but how I do it and who I am.
My approach is a fusion of analytical precision and deep empathy, structured thinking and radical non-judgment, strategic clarity and human connection. Few professionals combine a background in engineering and mathematics, high-tech B2B sales, cultural intelligence, and deep coaching and mediation expertise—and even fewer move seamlessly between these worlds.
But let me back up.
I didn’t start my career as a coach. After studying engineering and mathematics across four countries and in three languages, I landed in the US and immersed myself in a career as a computer engineer—first for Digital Equipment Corporation, then for Intel. I loved the precision of it: the logic, the patterns, the systems thinking.
Eventually, I left the engineering world for the more interactive world of consulting engineering and then high-tech, high-ticket corporate sales. The complex sales cycles spanned up to a year. Clients like Cisco, Intel, Alcatel, Lucent. Eastern US and Eastern Canada. Together with my engineering team, I deployed solutions, streamlined verification methodology, and navigated decision-making processes that involved every level of the client organization.
That’s where I learned how organizations actually make decisions. Not in boardrooms. In conversations. In trust. In the space between what people say and what they mean.
Then my health took a serious downturn, and I was too sick to work for a very long time. But as they say in tech: it isn’t a bug, it’s a feature. That experience taught me lessons no MBA program could—about mindset, resilience, strength in vulnerability, gratitude, and the kind of clarity that only arrives when everything else falls away.
New diagnoses and medications “revived” me in 2018, and I immediately embarked on my formal coaching education. I trained in Paris, earning a Master’s-level European coaching degree (Coach Consultant Certifié, RNCP Niveau 7) with a specialization in organizational and team coaching. Then came certifications in psychological counseling and business coaching in Germany. Team coaching under Professors David Clutterbuck and Peter Hawkins. Executive coaching with John Mattone. Mediation certification with international and German state credentials. And I haven’t stopped since.
I established my coaching practice in Luxembourg in 2022.
All of those experiences—the engineering, the complex sales, the illness, the reinvention—they all fuel this work. They’re the reason I can sit across from a CEO navigating a crisis and understand not just the strategic dimensions, but the human ones. They’re why I see patterns others miss. And they’re why I care so deeply about helping leaders find their own clarity.
I lived in 5 countries on 2 continents. I studied in 4 countries, in 3 languages (I speak 4 1/2). My university degrees are in engineering and mathematics. I worked for big corporate companies and start-ups that went IPO. I became chronically ill and lost my initial career. I started a couple small business endeavors. After 20 years in the USA my husband and I (and our cat) moved back to Europe to start a new life and take care of my elderly father. I figured out how to manage my health concerns and energy levels, and reinvented myself as a coach. I have been together with my husband for well over 30 years.
I have a systems-level mind—always looking at the deeper patterns, whether in organizations, leadership, conflict, or human behavior. I challenge assumptions, limiting beliefs, and outdated narratives. Not to provoke, but to unlock new possibilities. I see what others don’t see.
My background in complex problem-solving and consultative sales helps me get to the heart of an issue quickly and precisely. My coaching and mediation work allow me to hold space for transformation—without forcing an agenda. The work is grounded in the inner game of leadership—the mindset, clarity, confidence, and resilience that determine how you show up when the stakes are high. We build the foundation upon which all leadership competence rests.
It centers on what I call the 4-C Core of LeadershipIP:
Here’s how the deeper work unfolds:
1. We uncover what’s really getting in your way.
Not surface symptoms—but the deeper mental patterns, doubts, or blind spots shaping how you show up under pressure.
2. We strengthen your inner foundation.
So you don’t just look confident—you are confident. Leading from a grounded place of calm, clarity, and conviction.
3. You start leading with boldness and ease.
Making better decisions. Showing up as the leader your company needs—even in the hardest moments.
This isn’t one-size-fits-all. It isn’t skills training. It’s deeper than that.
I don’t just offer a service—I offer a new way of thinking and leading. My ability to blend strategic thinking with emotional depth makes me uniquely effective at working with decision-makers who need clarity, insight, and an honest mirror. I help them see not just what to do, but who they are becoming in the process.
But the 4-C Core is just the beginning. I have developed further frameworks, such as the Fertile Friction FrameworkIP, the Executive Competency Framework, and more. These allow me to work across broader scopes, from the leader to the team and organization, and address specific challenges, such as how to leverage friction in a team or organization.
I am a Luxembourger. I have deep roots here. I grew up in this country. But I also studied and worked abroad, lived the expat life, and came back with a broader perspective on Luxembourg’s particular culture, its unique landscape, and how it fits in the world:

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me playing classical piano on my 1909 Steinway & Sons—a grand piano I acquired in Ottawa, Canada and shipped first to Boston, USA then back to Luxembourg. I do photography, where I particularly enjoy photographing people in my home studio (the blend of technology and art is irresistible). I’m expressing my creative side using the visual arts (drawing and painting). And yes, I have cats.
